Redfish Muddler

Hook: Standard saltwater
Head: Black deer hair, spun inot a muddler style head
Body: Black chenille
Tail: A few strands of krystal flash

Instructions from William Andrus:

I tie a sparse tail of flash wrap and little bit of chenille for the body, and then basically tie a muddler head. I'll use this when the water is shallow and the fish are spooky.
